Everything was stellar on Thursday. I got very wrapped up very quickly once we got to the venue, and about halfway into the event it occurred to me that I hadn't checked on the valet or made sure things were working. But I went out front and all the cars were parked, your team was in place, and everything had gone perfectly for our guests.

"Thank you for treating us to our lunch last week at North. Very thoughtful! Imagine our surprise (and delight!) at your generous gesture. We enjoyed our lunch and time together, and we appreciated your kindness.

Cheers."

"I am a 72 year old man living in a Senior Life Center called Kavod, one block away from one of your accounts in Cherry Creek called ‘Steel Creek’ Apts.

About 5-6 weeks ago I was on my way back home from a Chipotle Restaurant (about a quarter-block away from the above-mentioned appts) and crossing 1st Ave when I fell in the middle of 1st Ave. I have no idea but 1st Ave in Denver at that intersection is very busy 24/7. So, I’ve no idea of the danger I may have been in.

Mr. Nick Roth and his crew friends that night saw this happen, were apparently immediately by my side and helping me to get up, back on my walker, and then escorting me to safety almost immediately. They must have stopped traffic as well to keep me from getting run over.

I can never be grateful enough for what Nick and his team did and how kind he was, and even now I well up with emotion when I remember this. My words could not ever express my gratefulness to him and his co-workers.

Even now (some weeks later) he saw me walking down the alley a couple of days ago, past the valet stand and he ran to greet/hug me. I have little to honor him with except words but wish that you would/could. He is an incredible guy."

“On behalf of the Division of Athletics and Recreation, myself, and those directly involved with the 2012 Presidential Debate, I would like to take a moment to thank you, and Jay’s Valet as a whole for providing transportation during the impacts created from the Presidential Debate. The 2012 Presidential Debate was a historic and proud moment for the University of Denver, and specifically the Division of Athletics and Recreation. Due to Jay’s Valet transportation support we were able to make the event a huge success despite the impact it had on our regular facility access. The use of your services allowed the University of Denver to host a world class event, while continuing to provide transportation to our student athletes and coaches. We are proud to have partnered with Jay’s Valet for such a historic event, which included 200 million viewers around the world. We appreciate the accommodations made to provide transportation during that time, and look forward to continuing a partnership with Jay’s Valet in the future. Thank you again for your important contribution.”

No sooner had they started, then it began to hail. Heavily. Not only did they not complain, but each of the drivers were exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely delighted to help. As I waited, I watched each of the valets offer to escort guests who had self-parked to their cars under cover of an umbrella. To say this was great service would be an understatement!"

Your team (headed by Chris DeMeyer) was outstanding! My lunch guests were all elderly and some very frail and your staff was kind, courteous and patient. Chris even took the time to lend his hand to a gentleman needing assistance and walk him to the door. Mid-event the valet location had to be changed (eek) and Chris was proactive and the move was seamless. As the event ended they catered to our guests by having an attendant at the door so our guests didn’t have to walk in the heat to give their ticket. These extra steps show your staff cares and it is obvious this direction comes from within. Congratulations on your success and I look forward to doing business with you again. Many thanks,”

“To the management, I visit Remington Park Casino often and enjoy playing the slots. If it was not for your valet parking I would not be able to enjoy this activity. I want to thank you for this group of delightful young gentlemen who provide this great service. As I stated earlier, I’m out often and several of these young men know my name and greet me with calling my name and a smile. They are all friendly and express gentlemanly qualities. Because of my physical problems, I would not be able to enjoy this facility without your wonderful valet service.”

I wanted to share a phone call that I received this morning from a very grateful older lady from Remington Park.

She told me it was late at night and Ryan offered to walk her to her car, she refused, and Ryan escorted her anyway.
